Easter is only a few months away, and for the Club that means our annual weekend trip to Anglesey. Depending on the conditions this can be kayak surfing, playing on one of the tidal races or an easy trip on the sea.see the reports from previous years in trip reports.

The Easter weekend is the 2nd to 5th April, but some people will be going for longer than the weekend. We have moved campsites for this year’s trip to Anglesey a little nearer the sea and paddling spots, plus having listened to some feedback from people who have enjoyed the trip, and it is cheaper. The new one is www.bodfanfarm.co.uk

As per usual it is important that you let the Stopford’s know you intentions as soon as possible especially if you require electric hook up! We have established that the campsite has 15 electric points available and we already have ten booked and filled. The campsite operate a first come first serve, so leave it late = unlucky!!!. We prefer it if you do not book independently as it creates confusion, we like to "Earn A Welcome" as per BCU Access Campaigns). So contact us asap. We may have to collect deposits this year but the Stopford’s will take the risk and pay on your behalf, so please pay up when asked.

With the new campsite we are closer to the main surfing beaches we normally visit and are also closer to the planes too, so expect to be woke up at 08.30hrs with a roar of sound waves ripping through you accommodation. For those who like B&B shockingly there are very few in Rhosneigr.
