Another sunny day in Cumbria! This time it was on the Eden -
There wasn’t not really enough water in the river, but it was as much of a scrape as we feared!
On top of the usual kayak we also had 2 open boats amongst our midst. Cliff and Shamim in one, Les and Mark in the other. While the bookies favourites for a swim might have been Mark and Les, the on lookers were disapointed on this occasion. Although they nearly obliged after missing an eddy and having to run the second half of a rapid being run backward at one point!!
