Volunteer Time Tracker (excel file)
As many of you will know, we couldn’t operate with our volunteers. But we are very lucky to have so many willing, skilled and committed members happy to play their part. But that doesn’t mean that we aren’t always on the look out for more.
We always need people to help with the running of the club. This means everything from writing articles for the newsletter, taking photos for the website, writing press releases and funding bids, organising transport for trips, coaching, mending kit, becoming a member of the committee to helping at our regular competitions. And much, much more besides…
You don’t have to be an expert, just willing to muck in and lend a hand. Its normally good fun and there’s plenty of opportunities to try your hand at something different and learn new skills. So please offer your skills and time and help our club develop.

Help us to know how much time our volunteers give
In order to get a better idea of how much time our volunteers really give to the club, we are asking all our volunteers to record to the time they give to the club each month.
We can then use this as evidence of the strong club that we are, when writing funding bids or applying for grants. This is an experiment, and of course it’s voluntary but we would really like it if you could help us.
We want to know how many hours are given, free, to the club each month by all our volunteers. No matter what you are do. From coaching to catering!
You can either fill out one of the sheets (download here) and leave it in the office for Victoria or email her requesting an electronic copy of the form.
