Halifax Canoe Club is an active and family orientated canoe club which runs coached sessions and trips away throughout the year and offers beginners course on the river or in the pool depending on the time of year (see the club activities section for more details).

The Club is based in the centre of Sowerby Bridge, where we make good use of the both flat water and man-made white water course adjacent on the River Calder.
